Save Money on HOA Dues With Our Summer Savings Promotion

Save Money on HOA Dues With Our Summer Savings Promotion

Beautiful new homes filled with wellness features; intentionally designed amenities and open spaces for connection, exploration, reflection, and inspiration; an ambiance that sparks joy — there are a lot of reasons to make the move to Jubilee.

And now there’s one more — no HOA dues in 2025!

We have a Summer Savings Campaign that will leave you with more money in your pocket next year because Jubilee developer Johnson Development will pay your 2025 homeowner association dues for those signing a contract to purchase a new home from July 1 to Aug. 31 & close on the home by February 28, 2025.

If you weren’t already doing your happy dance about moving to Jubilee, we bet you are now!

What’s even better is that there are more than 50 homes under construction — most of which will be complete before September, so you can make the move to Jubilee before the start of school. Don’t need to move so quickly? Our builders have 90 floor plans from which to choose if you’d like to build from the ground up.

You can’t go wrong with whichever builder you select in Jubilee. All of them — Chesmar Homes, Coventry Homes, David Weekley Homes, Highland Homes, Newmark Homes, Perry Homes, Tri Pointe Homes, and Westin Homes — are known for excellence in home design, construction, and customer service. (That’s why we chose them!) They offer homes priced from the $300,000s to the $600,000s with a generous array of standard features, including some aimed at wellness that might be considered upgrades in other communities.

The builder wellness features are centered on improved air and water quality, lighting, and comfort. A fresh-air intake and a MERV 13-rated whole-home, four-inch media filter are among the standard features related to air quality, while a reverse-osmosis filtration system is offered in the kitchen.

The standard lighting package for Jubilee includes all light switches and light bulbs in three rooms — presumably the primary bedroom, kitchen, and family room — to be circadian rhythm lighting, which can improve a person’s circadian rhythm and lead to better sleep and improved long-term health. Comfort features include a home automation panel, smart thermostats, a smart front door lock, a video doorbell, window prewiring for blackout shades in at least one room and security prewiring for one security panel, all doors, and all operable first-floor windows.

We’ve also opened our first playground, with much more to come — including the Joy Hub, with a resort-style pool, working lounge and event lawn. In all, there are 30 acres of parks and 270 acres of open space and waterways planned for Jubilee.

Other news sure to excite parents of young children is about our first onsite school. Waller ISD recently closed on a 16.118-acre tract for a new elementary school. Approximately 175 acres have been set aside for schools within the community.

Stop by any of our eight model homes to learn more about Jubilee and the Summer Savings Campaign. Make sure to ask about any summer incentives the builders have as well to save even more money!
