How to Play!

1.	Visit Our Beautiful Model Homes Explore any (or all!) of our eight stunning model homes. Trust us, you’ll love what you see.

2.	Find Monica Keep your eyes peeled for Monica’s cut-out hidden in her special corner of peace somewhere in each model home. She’s ready to greet you!

3.	Snap & Share Once you’ve found Monica, grab a quick selfie or a photo with her cut-out. Post it on Instagram or Facebook, tagging @liveinjubilee, @monicaconchola, using the hashtag #MonicasPeace, and telling us which model home you’re in!

4.	Boost Your Chances Each model home means another entry into the prize drawing! The more homes you visit and post from, the more entries you collect. Eight homes = eight chances to win!

ONE ENTRY PER HOME

You can earn one entry per model home during the entire promotion. Sending multiple photos from the same model home will still only count as one entry.

ONE WIN PER REALTOR

To spread the love, each Realtor can only win once during the entire promotion period.

ROLLING ENTRIES

Didn’t win this week? No worries! Your entries roll over into the next week, increasing your chances of winning as the promotion goes on.
